Independent comparisons of online ED care, organised by treatment path rather than by logo

EDTelehealth.com compares online erectile-dysfunction providers and treatment options so you can see how they differ before you begin a medical intake. It is a comparison resource, not a clinic.

What we compare

Most searches for online ED treatment land on the same handful of provider logos. We organise the same market differently: by treatment path first, then by provider. The starting points are standard ED pills, meaning sildenafil and tadalafil; daily tadalafil for people weighing recurring options; and custom formats such as dissolvable and compounded products. Standard tablets, compounded products and specialty care are not interchangeable, and our comparisons keep them apart.

Beyond the provider pages we publish cost guides, a full comparison index, and plain-language explainers on subjects the provider marketing tends to skip, including Indian sildenafil, tadalafil brands and dapoxetine.

  • Standard ED pills: sildenafil and tadalafil
  • Daily tadalafil and other recurring options
  • Custom formats: dissolvable and compounded products
  • Cost guides that look past the introductory offer
  • A provider finder and a quick-compare tool

How the comparisons are put together

Our method is published. The How we compare page explains what we look at, the editorial policy explains how pages are written and updated, and the verification ledger records what we have checked. We continue by care model, not by whichever logo appears first, and the cost guides calculate what you pay after the introductory offer ends, because that is the number that matters over a year of treatment.

The tools on the site run in your browser. The 60-second starting point and the provider finder work without you typing symptoms or medication history, and what they return are preference matches, not medical recommendations.

What this site is not

EDTelehealth.com does not diagnose, prescribe, dispense or sell medication, and we do not store medical answers. Prescription approval is never guaranteed by any provider we list; a licensed clinician makes that decision during the provider's own intake. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Our medical safety page carries the warnings that belong in front of every comparison, including the interaction between ED medicines and nitrates and the symptoms that need urgent care. Please read it before you choose a provider.

How we are funded

The site is supported by affiliate partnerships. When you follow a link to a provider and sign up, we may earn a commission; the full affiliate disclosure is linked in the footer. That is also why the methodology, editorial policy and verification ledger are public: you can check how a provider was assessed rather than take our word for it.

Reading further, and getting in touch

The blog covers the questions around treatment rather than the products themselves: what a competent online evaluation actually checks, when a urologist is the better call, how PDE5 inhibitors work, and how age, blood pressure, testosterone and other medications relate to ED. If something on the site is out of date or a provider has changed its pricing, use the contact page to tell us. We would rather hear about it than leave it wrong.
