How we review products we have not laboratory tested

We separate what can be verified from what cannot. Manufacturer listings can support the claimed formula and marketed strengths. FDA labels support approved U.S. strengths, appearance, contraindications, and warnings. They cannot authenticate a package received from an unaffiliated seller.

We therefore do not publish fake star ratings or claim a brand “works exactly like Viagra.” We say the active ingredient has established pharmacology, then explain that the individual product and batch remain unverified by us.
